FREE SHIPPING within Peninsula Malaysia for all orders above RM99 (After Discount)

For Order below RM99, the shipping fee is at RM5 flat rate.

 

• East Malaysia

You can check the estimated shipping rate before proceeding to checkout by following these steps:
1. After adding your products to your shopping cart, click on ‘My Cart’ right on top of the page.
2. Select the state you want to ship to, and get a quote.

• When will you ship my order?

If your order is made by 12 pm (Monday – Friday). We will ship out on the same day!

Orders received on a public holiday / weekend will be shipped out the next working day.

 

• How do i track my parcel ?

Once your online order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking info so that you can track and trace your order at any time.

If you do not receive your parcel within the given time frame, please let us know, we are happy to help.

 

• When will i receive my order?

For Peninsula Malaysia, in normal circumstances, parcel shall reach you in 1-3 working days.

For East Malaysia: – If you choose to ship via Air Parcel, it takes 10-14 working days to reach you.

– Poslaju : you shall receive your parcel in 2-5 working day.

 

• Do you ship to Singapore?

Yes. We do ship to Singapore!

You can check the estimated shipping rate by choosing SINGAPORE at the COUNTRY column. The system will quote accordingly.

• What if no one to receive parcel at the time of delivery?

All un-attempted parcel will be returned to us. Resending cost will be charged for the next delivery arrangement.

 

• Do you offer Same Day delivery?

Yes. But this serivce only applicable for order to be shipped within Klang Valley.
